Chauffeured driving is an activity governed by the Ministry of Tourism and each company involved in this activity requires a police-issued chauffeur's licence with its own specific number. Elite Limousines has licence No. 222 issued by the Prefecture of Police (see below). In addition, a GR (Grande Remise) plate is attached to the registration plate of each Elite Limousines vehicle. Each Elite Limousines chauffeur holds a "Grande Remise" chauffeur's license and has undergone a morality test. Elite Limousines' insurance company covers persons transported for consideration up to an unlimited amount. For its security business, Elite Limousines has created Elite Security Worldwide, which received approval from the Préfecture of the Hauts de Seine department under n°696.
