Before joining Elite Limousines, each driver is subjected to various tests to assess their skills. Before anything else, the candidate must have held a driving licence (category B) for hold over 3 years and must hold a chauffeur's licence issued by the Prefect of Police of their home town.
Then they must pass a test assessing their knowledge of Paris and the regions.
They then undergo a foreign language test (English is compulsory to join the team, another language is highly appreciated).
Once these tests have been passed, we hold a driving test in which the candidate's driving skills are observed and noted. Presentation, opening doors, starting up, smoothness of driving, braking: all these parameters, which are so important to be a good limousine chauffeur are meticulously examined.
If the driving test is successful, the candidate spends a week training with our chauffeur instructor.
At the end of the training, the candidate is invited to join the team and to abide by chauffeur's quality charter. In our desire to provide our clients with exemplary service, we have established the Elite Limousines Quality Charter. It reminds our chauffeurs about every aspect where they have to be exemplary so that our clients receive the best possible service.
